The roster names Chelsea Opdenhoff, MSN, APRN, FNP-C. Her card says she runs Fearfully and Functionally Made, which offers telehealth across Texas, and it lists concerns the practice names, including fatigue, bloating, reflux, thyroid symptoms, and irregular cycles. Fees and whether a service is available are on the practice site linked from the card, not invented here.
Her Texas license is checked on the Texas Board of Nursing lookup linked from the card. That site is the board's. This page also links to how Vye connects patients with clinicians. Ask a question uses the email on the card. That email is not a visit and not a chart.
Under the card, Schedule your visit points back to the same scheduling page and says to check appointment types, available times, and fees there. Membership and visit charges are separate. Confirm any insurance billing with the practice. If you need a clinician this roster does not list, this page does not add one.
