FAQs for providers
Questions providers ask before they launch.
How the model works, what Vye costs and handles, how a launch goes, and what stays yours.
The model
You build your own practice around long-term relationships with patients who pay a membership fee, and Vye bills insurance for your practice. Vye practices offer cash-pay pricing and can bill insurance, and each practice sets its own prices.
You're an independent provider running your own practice. Vye is the infrastructure and operations layer. You control clinical decisions, hours, patient relationships, and your business model.
Vye is for MD, DO and NP providers who want a practice of their own.
Vye supports these practice types today: women's health, metabolic health, longevity, root-cause or functional medicine, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, sports and performance medicine, family medicine, traditional primary care, and concierge medicine.
Vye manages licensing, credentialing, malpractice insurance, and your website, and payer contracts if you want them. Vye runs bookings, billing, coding, denials, and compliance.
Charting, labs, and telehealth in one place, plus an AI scribe. The AI scribe drafts the visit note. You review, edit and sign it.
Vye runs patient acquisition for your practice: the practice website, SEO, directory listings, and Google and Meta ads on a budget you set.
Getting started
On the first call, we look at your current contract, notice period and any non-compete together, before you decide anything. There's no commitment. It's a conversation about whether Vye fits the practice you want.
To launch with Vye, you sign up, verify your identity and license, and complete credentialing. You see patients once credentialing clears. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when signup opens.
Credentialing usually takes a few weeks. You can set up your practice and website while it's in progress.
You can launch your practice while you're still employed. On the first call, we look at your current contract, notice period and any non-compete together, before you decide anything.

Your patients
Your patients are always yours. If you ever leave Vye, they can go with you. No lock-in, no strings.
Your patients get one place to book, message your team, fill in forms and pay. Video visits run in the browser, with nothing for patients to install.
Already running a practice
VyeOS is the whole Vye platform for a practice that's already running: Vye Core, Vye Orders and Vye Growth in one place, with Vye running your insurance billing.
As a practice owner on VyeOS you can keep the payer contracts you already have and continue to bill under your contracts or you can credential with Vye and take advantage of Vye's payer network. The choice is yours.
You can start with Vye Core for new patients and keep your current system for existing patients.
We'll share pricing when each product opens. Join the waitlist and we'll email you, or talk to an advisor to talk it through.
