Membership

A provider who knows you. A membership built around you.

Vye providers run their own independent practices and offer care as a membership. You pay the practice a membership fee for ongoing care from a provider you choose, and many practices can bill your insurance too.

What a membership is

Time, continuity, and a provider who stays with you.

A provider of your own

You choose an independent, licensed provider from the directory and stay with them. Care builds visit by visit instead of starting over each time.

Ongoing care, not one-off visits

A membership fee pays the practice for care over time: your visits, your plan, and the follow-through between them. Each practice decides what its membership includes.

A price you know before you join

Each practice sets its own prices and tells you its membership price before you join, so there is no surprise at the first visit.

How it feels

Care that builds on itself.

01

Start with your whole story

Bring your symptoms, past results and medications, even results reported as normal. Your provider has room to hear all of it.

02

Build a plan together

You and your provider decide what to test, what to try, and what to watch. You leave each visit knowing what happens next.

Keep going between visits

One place to book, message your care team, fill in forms and pay. Video visits run in the browser, with nothing to install.

Every practice is different

What to ask on your first call.

Vye providers are independent, and each practice sets up its own membership. The complimentary 15-minute call is where you find out whether this one fits you.

  • How long visits run, and how often you'll meet.
  • How you reach your provider between visits, and how fast they reply.
  • What the membership includes, and what costs extra: labs, medicines, procedures, referrals.
  • Whether the practice bills your insurance, offers a superbill, or is cash-pay only.
  • Whether visits are in person, by video, or both.
A transparent investment

What a membership costs.

Membership

Vye practices offer cash-pay pricing and can bill insurance, and each practice sets its own prices. Memberships at Vye practices typically run about $49 to $499 a month.

Insurance, HSA and FSA

Ask the practice whether it bills insurance or offers a superbill. You may be able to pay with HSA or FSA funds. Check with your plan first.

Ask about

Check separately for lab, medicine, procedure, and follow-up charges, and whether they are part of the membership or billed on their own.

Where we see patients
